Beyond Aid: Sustainable Global Health Partnerships
A Collaborative Discussion on Global Healthcare
On September 9, Medical Bridges joined healthcare leaders, global health practitioners and community partners in San Antonio for a conversation about what sustainable global health partnership can look like in a changing world.
The discussion explored the importance of moving beyond resources alone toward partnership, shared expertise, local capacity and solutions shaped by the needs of the healthcare professionals and communities they are intended to serve.
For Medical Bridges, the conversation reflected something central to our work: impact does not end when medical equipment and supplies arrive. It continues when healthcare professionals have the resources they need to deliver care safely and strengthen health in their communities.
Thank you to Healthcare Think Tank, the World Affairs Council of San Antonio, BioBridge Global, our panelists, and everyone who joined us, in San Antonio and virtually, for helping make this conversation possible.
The conversation went beyond aid.
