Thank you to everybody that made the Third Annual Service Awards Dinner a success!
The Cohen House was the perfect venue for the event. The night began with introductions and a welcome from Dorothy Bolettieri, Medical Bridges' President & CEO. Our emcee, Robert Lampkin introduced our speaker for the night, Tom Flood, Executive Director of Surgical Volunteers International.
Tom spoke about his many mission trips to medically underserved locations all around the world. The audience was captivated by his pictures and video that he presented along with his personal stories of patients who have touched his heart. Tom's mission trips were partially made possible with medical supplies provided to him by Medical Bridges.
Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner of chicken with poblano sauce and asparagus. Dinner finished with a decadent chocolate cream cake and coffee.
After dinner, the 2009 volunteer awards were presented to individuals and companies that helped Medical Bridges.
