10th Anniversary Gala Raises $300,000

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity from donors and supporters, the Medical Bridges 10th Anniversary gala helped to close-in on the healthcare gap worldwide by raising over $300,000 in donations and live auction items.

More than 400 attendees enjoyed the “One People. One World. A Decade of Caring” evening on October 27, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Houston.

The special night brought Medical Bridges’ supporters together for dinner, dancing and a live auction, with a special presentation of The Dr. David Wray Volunteer of the Year Award to Elise Dalton in memory of her late husband Oscar “Pete” Dalton, for his untiring work on behalf of the neediest members of our global community.

“We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our gala co-chairs, committee members, sponsors, donors and guests for making this night a huge success,” said Dorothy Bolettieri, President and CEO of Medical Bridges.
