Looking for People Like You
Every month volunteers contribute over 1,200 hours of their time. Whether it's sorting or packing donated medical supplies, volunteers are the heart and soul of Medical Bridges®.
Physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals are invaluable in helping to turn surplus into much needed relief for many clinics and hospitals all over the world in need.
Whether you are a medical professional or not, we are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help sort, pack, and/or donate medical supplies and equipment.
We can accommodate groups of up to 15 or individuals willing to donate a few hours of their time.
To best accommodate you and your group, we ask that you call to schedule an appointment to volunteer at least 2 weeks prior to your intended visit. We will schedule appointments as far as two months in advance.
Volunteer appointments are normally scheduled for:
Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
We can make arrangements for individuals/groups wanting to volunteer Monday, Friday and Saturday if an appointment is made prior to your visit.
Fill out the Volunteer Request form and fax (713.748.0118) or email back to schedule your group to volunteer.
Prior to your visit, please have each person volunteering fill out a Volunteer Liability Waiver. This waiver is only necessary for the first volunteer appointment of each year.
